About the Role

The Senior Manager within the CLO office will play a pivotal role in shaping, executing, and supervising all legal, compliance, and tax operations. This role is designed to drive operational efficiency, maximize value creation, and foster a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance legal, compliance, and tax operations
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and optimize business outcomes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Provide expert guidance on tax and compliance matters, ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Proven experience in legal, compliance, and tax operations, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive change and inspire teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders, including senior leadership and cross-functional teams
