Festival Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Festival Coordinator to join our team at beBee Professionals in Montreal. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing our annual festival.

The Festival Coordinator will oversee the following key areas:

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive festival plan
  • Coordinating with vendors, sponsors, and other stakeholders
  • Managing the budget and ensuring all expenses are within the allocated budget
  • Developing and executing promotional campaigns
  • Overseeing the setup and breakdown of the festival
  • Ensuring all safety and security protocols are followed
  • Managing volunteers and staff
  • Ensuring all activities are running smoothly

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in event management, marketing, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in event planning and management
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of event planning software
