Festival Coordinator Role

**About the Role**

beBee Professionals is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Festival Coordinator to lead the planning and execution of our annual festival in Montreal.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Develop and implement a comprehensive festival plan, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.

• Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, and stakeholders to secure necessary resources and services.

• Manage the festival budget, ensuring all expenses align with allocated funds.

• Design and execute promotional campaigns to attract attendees and generate buzz.

• Oversee the setup and breakdown of the festival, ensuring efficient logistics and minimal disruptions.

• Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols, maintaining a secure environment for attendees and staff.

• Lead and manage a team of volunteers and staff, providing guidance and support as needed.

• Monitor festival activities, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.

**Requirements**

• Bachelor's degree in event management, marketing, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of experience in event planning and management, with a proven track record of success.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong decision-making and time management skills.

• Proficiency in event planning software and tools.
