Executive Director - Quality and Operations

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our team at Cite Parkway Retirement Residence in Ottawa, Ontario.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and manage the overall operations of the residence, ensuring quality care and services are provided to residents.
  • Collaborate with staff to develop and implement policies and procedures.
  • Manage budgets and variances, ensuring the smooth operation of the residence.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and external agencies.
  • Develop and implement a Quality Improvement Program to ensure continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bilingual in English and French.
  • Experience in Retirement, Health Care, or a relevant sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Current Registration as an Registered Practical Nurse/Registered Nurse (RPN/RN) is an asset.
