We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales and Shipping Associate to join our team at National Concrete Accessories. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate shipment of products to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Process and prepare orders for shipment, including verifying accuracy and completeness of orders.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely and efficient picking and packing of orders.
- Verify and inspect incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality of products.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the warehouse and shipping department.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 0-2 years of experience in a warehouse or shipping environment preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
This is a full-time position working in a warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
