Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Integrity Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our donor database, as well as providing administrative support to our Development department.
Key Responsibilities
- Donor Database Management
- Manage donor insights efficiently and accurately to promote data-driven resource development
- Oversee the donor database, including all gift processing, to ensure a high standard of data integrity
- Financial Reporting
- Produce month-end donation reports for financial reconciliation of all monthly donations
- Provide corresponding documentation for audit purposes
- Administrative Support
- Contribute to other general administration support for the department
Requirements
- 5 years of related experience
- Experience working as part of a fundraising/sales team
- Strong knowledge of donor relations and stewardship best practices
- Knowledge of CRA standards for audit purposes
- Good knowledge and hands-on experience with CRMs (e.g., Donor Perfect, Raisers Edge, Salesforce)
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $50,000, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
