About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at Edmund Fidani. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide essential care and support to our clients in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene, promoting their dignity and well-being.
  • Support clients with regular exercise, such as walking, to maintain their physical health and mobility.
  • Launder clothing and household linens, maintaining a clean and comfortable living environment.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, ensuring the client's home is safe and hygienic.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, promoting healthy eating habits and well-being.
