Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of mechanics and other support staff to achieve optimal productivity and efficiency.
- Develop and implement effective maintenance and repair strategies to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Train or arrange training for personnel to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.
- Operate Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software and other computer systems to manage data and workflows.
- Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other departments.
- Degree in a related field such as industrial mechanics or a relevant trade certification.
- At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a mechanical operations setting.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, CAD software, and industry-standard practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 per year. We offer a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a retirement savings plan.
