Medical Specialist for Anesthesiology

Hiring a skilled Medical Specialist to join our team in the Department of Anesthesiology at Horizon Health Network. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in Anesthesiology and postgraduate studies, with a valid medical license in New Brunswick.
We are seeking a professional who can provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team. Experience working in a fast-paced environment is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing Anesthesiology services in the operating room
- Ambulatory care in a clinic setting
- Consultations to hospital-based patients as requested by attending staff
The successful candidate must be able to maintain accurate patient records and adhere to departmental and corporate evidence-based rules of practice. A strong understanding of the Health Authority's mission, values, and strategic directions is also required.

A Medical Degree from a recognized medical school and postgraduate studies in the field of Anesthesiology are necessary qualifications. Certification from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada and a valid license to practice medicine in New Brunswick through the College of Physicians and Surgeons of New Brunswick (CPSNB) are also required.
