About the Job
  • As the Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for receiving, preparing, and delivering prescriptions accurately and timely. Ensure adequate inventory levels to meet patients' needs and counsel with appropriate documentation to all patients.
  • Provide friendly, positive, and proactive interaction with internal and external customers while creating awareness and educating customers through public relations.
  • Act as a leader in driving superior customer experience, translating into an environment that ensures people make healthy choices quickly, easily, and confidently, helping them feel better every day.

We require:

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately and timely dispense all prescriptions.
  • Accurately and timely claim submission and/or registration of all patient-focused services performed.
  • Adhere to opioid policy.
  • Able to operate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Consult with patients to maximize Rx and OTC sales.
  • Perform patient-focused services as deemed eligible and appropriate for patients.
  • Report any dispensing errors (Medication Incident) found to the Pharmacy Manager or reported to the Pharmacy Manager and head office within 24 hours.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Registration with the corresponding provincial licensing college, where applicable, in good standing.
  • Experience as a Pharmacist.
  • Excellent organizational skills and detail orientation.
  • Proficient computer/data/entry skills.
  • Strong customer/patient satisfaction orientation.

The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately $68.00 per hour, based on a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.
