Job Overview: Madeira Park Pharmacy is seeking a dedicated and experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead our team in providing exceptional patient care and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately and timely dispense prescriptions, ensuring patient safety and satisfaction.
  • Manage inventory levels, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Counsel patients on medication use, maximize Rx and OTC sales, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Supervise staff, promote a positive work environment, and foster a culture of excellence.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
  • Registered Pharmacist with good standing in the relevant province.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a pharmacist, preferably in a management role.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide staff.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
