We are seeking a skilled Packaging Supervisor to join our team at 21 Century Trading Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the packaging process, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities- Train and supervise staff in packaging duties, safety procedures, and company policies
- Prepare and analyze production reports to identify areas for improvement
- Recommend measures to enhance productivity and product quality
- Coordinate and schedule activities of packaging team members
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate with other departments
- Procure materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
- 1-2 years of experience in a related field
- Permanent position
- English language proficiency
- 30-40 hours of work per week
