About the Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Client Advisor to join our team in Campbell River. As an RBC ambassador, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and building strong relationships with our clients.

Job Description

This role involves working closely with clients to understand their banking needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs. You will be required to proactively engage with clients, uncovering their banking needs, providing help and advice, and identifying sales and referral opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively engage with clients in all areas of the branch and in the community
  • Foster strong relationships with partners to make the most of business opportunities and referrals
  • Respond to client-initiated contact, assisting them with a full range of financial transactions
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients
  • Proactively take ownership of resolving and preventing client banking problems
