About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work closely with our executive team, driving strategic and operational planning, product development, and customer acquisition. As Chief of Staff, you will be responsible for designing new products, optimizing performance, and bringing a financial lens to resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the executive team on various initiatives, including strategic planning, product development, and customer acquisition.
  • Design and implement new products, ensuring they meet the needs of our customers and drive business growth.
  • Own and manage special projects, ensuring timely and coordinated delivery.
  • Execute in-depth analyses, including revenue cohort level analysis and user acquisition metrics.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in investment banking, consulting, investing, or business operations at a startup.
  • Proven ability to manage, prioritize, and lead multiple concurrent projects to success.
  • Experience with planning and analytics tools, as well as SQL.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, comfortable with ambiguity and complexity, and efficient in managing limited resources.
