Centre Director Assistant - Child Care

BrightPath Kids Canada is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Centre Director Assistant to join our team at our Airdrie, AB location. As a key member of our centre leadership team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our centre and providing exceptional care to our children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Centre Director in managing the overall operation of the centre, including staff recruitment and development, policy implementation, and province licensing.
  • Ensure that all staff members understand the centre's objectives and expectations.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as payroll, accounts payable, and general communications.
  • Implement and ensure completion of training for all staff members.
  • Provide effective communication with parents/guardians about their child.

Requirements:
  • Early Childhood Education, (CWS) - Level 3 certificate.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of licensing and accreditation regulations.
  • Must meet province requirements for childcare employment.
  • Up-to-date immunization and Health Assessment as per the local Ministry of Health Requirements.
  • CPR/First Aid Certificate.
