Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at T Enterprises Ltd. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our café, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports

Work Environment:

  • Fast-paced environment
  • Work under pressure
  • Standing for extended periods

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience

Work Setting:

  • Food service establishment
  • Coffee shop

Supervision:

  • 5-10 people
  • Food service counter attendants and food preparers
