Job Title: Executive Director

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our team at North Home Design Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing departments, and coordinating work across regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and approve human resources planning
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff and delegate authority

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5 years or more of experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Interpersonal awareness and team player
