Job Title: Executive Director

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to join our team at North Home Design Inc. as a key member of our leadership team.

Job Summary:

The Executive Director will be responsible for leading our organization's strategic direction, overseeing the implementation of our business plan, and ensuring the effective management of our resources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the organization, ensuring alignment with our mission and vision.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring efficient use of resources and effective management of our teams.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations that align with our strategic objectives.
  • Financial Management: Develop and manage our budget, ensuring financial stability and growth.
  • Human Resources: Lead the development and implementation of our human resources strategy, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a senior leadership role.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
