Job Summary

The Financial Services Manager plays a pivotal role at Birchwood Automotive Group, driving customer satisfaction during the sales cycle. This position requires expertise in finance options, vehicle protection products, and personal coverage related to vehicle ownership. Using industry-leading technology and software, the Financial Services Manager will deliver exceptional results in Sales, Legal and Compliance, Administration, and Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Offer expert advice on finance options and vehicle protection products
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and satisfaction
  • Utilize industry-leading technology and software to drive results
  • Manage and coordinate Sales, Legal and Compliance, Administration, and Management functions
Requirements
  • Previous experience as an automotive Financial Services Manager is an asset
  • Relationship expert with a demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Thrives in a collaborative environment
  • High attention to detail with proven time management and organizational skills
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
  • Comfortable leveraging technology for most day-to-day functions
  • Proven negotiation success is essential
  • A Class 5 driver's license and clear driver's abstract are required
