Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring smooth day-to-day office procedures, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain manual and computerized filing systems, ensuring up-to-date information is readily available.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting visitors, directing them to relevant contacts or service areas, and answering electronic inquiries.
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information to support operational decisions.
  • Determine and establish effective office routines and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1 year of experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and electronic mail.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
