Job Details
This position requires a highly skilled Inbound Operations Supervisor to oversee the loading/unloading process, ensuring timely departures and cost control. The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, effective communication, and a commitment to quality customer service.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate dockworkers and hostlers for efficient loading/unloading
- Ensure on-time departures and services, maintaining or reducing controllable expenses
- Develop and implement strategies to improve cross-dock productivity, load factor, and general housekeeping of the service center dock

Requirements
- Three to five years of transportation experience including staff supervision
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and AS400 knowledge
