Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and support swim instructors in delivering swimming lessons
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
  • Evaluate student performance and provide feedback to instructors
  • Interact with parents and guardians to ensure their satisfaction with our services
  • Identify and resolve challenges that students encounter
  • Inspect pool areas and report any maintenance or cleanliness issues
  • Maintain and store pool equipment
  • Report accidents and incidents to management
Requirements:
  • Current Lifesaving Society - National Lifeguard Certification
  • Aquatics Supervisor Trained - AST Certification
  • Current Standard First Aid with CPR C and AED
  • Previous experience in swim instruction or pool operations
