Key Responsibilities- Surface Preparation: Fill hollows and remove spots on freshly poured cement to achieve a smooth finish.
- Compaction and Finishing: Operate power vibrators to compact concrete and level top surface concrete according to grade and depth specification.
- Finishing Techniques: Impart desired finish to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools.
- Installation and Repair: Install anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills, and other fixtures, and repair, resurface, and replace worn or damaged sections of concrete structures.
- Quality Control: Read and interpret specifications or follow verbal instructions to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Work Environment: Work in a physically demanding environment, handling heavy loads, bending, crouching, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Physical Demands: Physically demanding work environment, handling heavy loads, and standing for extended periods.
- Language: English is the primary language of communication in the workplace.
- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, with a permanent employment contract.
