Ric's Lounge & Grill (Edmonton Airport) LTD seeks a seasoned Restaurant Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, drive sales growth, and maintain high standards of quality and customer service. Key responsibilities include allocating resources, coordinating departments, and analyzing budget to boost profits.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments.
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget.
  • Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant's profits.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in restaurant management.
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or related field.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Work Environment:

  • Fast-paced environment.
  • Large workload.

Experience:

  • 2 years to less than 3 years.
