Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Transportation Logistics Supervisor to join our team at S & S GORAYA LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operational logistics of the organization, ensuring smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and resolving work problems.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement specific plans to prioritize tasks and optimize logistics operations.
  2. Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing costs.
  3. Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise.
  4. Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  5. Train workers in duties and policies, and conduct performance reviews to ensure high standards are maintained.
  6. Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high quality results.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, a secondary (high) school graduation certificate, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Supervise 5-15 people, work 40 hours per week, and have a permanent work term.

Work language: English.
