Job Title: General Manager of Transportation and Logistics

Pantos Logistics Canada Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager of Transportation and Logistics to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of our transportation and logistics functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement transportation and logistics strategies to meet business objectives
  • Manage and optimize transportation networks, including routes, schedules, and capacity
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and control of logistics operations, including warehousing, inventory management, and freight forwarding
  • Lead cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in transportation and logistics management
  • Proven track record of success in leading cross-functional teams and driving business growth
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
