At Canada Deposit Insurance Corporation, we are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Program Manager to join our team. As a seasoned professional in corporate security management and controls, you will oversee the broader corporate security program, including policy enhancements, personnel security, security event management, training, testing, and awareness.
This role involves collaborating with subject matter experts within CDIC's operational security programs to manage day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for managing corporate security risks, planning and managing the day-to-day operations of CDIC's corporate security programs, and developing, improving, and maintaining corporate security policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have specialized knowledge and experience in corporate security management and controls, frameworks, and methodologies of risk management and incident management. Strong written and communication skills are essential to communicate effectively with all levels across the organization.
A salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year is estimated based on industry standards and location. This is a full-time permanent opportunity with a hybrid work model.
- About the Role
- You will oversee the broader corporate security program, including policy enhancements, personnel security, security event management, training, testing, and awareness.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts within CDIC's operational security programs to manage day-to-day operations.
- Manage corporate security risks, identify, and address potential security threats.
