Manage Relationships

Maintain CRM Software: Ensure all activities are documented accurately in the CRM software. This will enable you to track your progress and stay organized throughout the sales process.

Design Plan Illustrations

Develop new plan design illustrations to showcase potential benefits. This will help you effectively communicate the value of our retirement plans to clients.

Versatile Plan Management

Ability to work with various plan types, including 401(k), 403(b), and others. Our team is committed to providing the necessary training and support to help you succeed in this role.

Exceptional Relationship Building

Exhibit exceptional skills in building and maintaining customer relationships. This is a critical component of our sales process and will enable you to build a loyal client base.

Creative Problem Solving

Develop trusted relationships and find creative solutions to challenges. Our team is dedicated to providing the necessary resources and support to help you succeed in this role.

Retirement Plan Knowledge

Have in-depth knowledge of employer-sponsored retirement plans. This will enable you to effectively communicate the value of our retirement plans to clients and provide expert advice.
