Sell Retirement Plans with Confidence

As a Regional Sales Director at Integrity Marketing Group, you will utilize our Recordkeeping and Third Party Administration services to effectively sell new retirement plans to clients. Your expertise in selling retirement plans will be key to driving business growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Upsell Fiduciary Services: Promote our 3(38) Fiduciary Investment Management services to existing clients to help them make informed investment decisions.
  • Manage Relationships: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and activities in our CRM software to ensure seamless communication and relationship-building.
  • Design Plan Illustrations: Develop new plan design illustrations to showcase the potential benefits of our retirement plans and help clients make informed decisions.
  • Versatile Plan Management: Work with various plan types, including 401(k), 403(b), and others, to provide tailored solutions for clients.
  • Exceptional Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized service.
  • Creative Problem Solving: Develop trusted relationships with clients and find creative solutions to challenges and obstacles.
  • Retirement Plan Knowledge: Have in-depth knowledge of employer-sponsored retirement plans to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
