Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Director to join our team at Integrity Marketing Group. As a Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for selling new retirement plans and utilizing our recordkeeping and third-party administration services to effectively manage these plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell New Retirement Plans: Utilize our recordkeeping and third-party administration services to effectively sell new retirement plans to employers.
  • Upsell Fiduciary Services: Promote our wealth management services to existing clients, including our 3(38) fiduciary investment management services.
  • Manage Relationships: Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure all activities are documented accurately in our CRM software.
  • Design Plan Illustrations: Develop new plan design illustrations to showcase potential benefits to clients.
  • Versatile Plan Management: Ability to work with various plan types, including 401(k), 403(b), and others.
  • Exceptional Relationship Building: Exhibit exceptional skills in building and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Creative Problem Solving: Develop trusted relationships and find creative solutions to challenges.
  • Retirement Plan Knowledge: Have in-depth knowledge of employer-sponsored retirement plans.
