About the Role:

The Accreditation Decision Committee Program Manager is a key member of the Accreditation Decision Committee team, reporting to the ADC Chair. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in leading teams responsible for designing and developing evidence-based health and social services standards and learning resources.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Make informed decisions based on Accreditation Decision mandate and organizational risks.
  • Oversee the design, development, and successful completion of collaborative team-based projects, including new ADC platforms, processes, and decision guidelines.
  • Facilitate decision-making processes, providing guidance and advice to team members and stakeholders as needed.
  • Research, prepare, and present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Communicate regularly with project teams and stakeholders to provide updates and gather information.
  • Collaborate in the development of functional and company-wide strategies.
  • Identify and implement modifications or changes as necessary, using initiative, creativity, and analytical skills.
  • Monitor, analyze, and communicate complex trends, risks, and issues, evaluating deliverables, processes, and outcomes.
  • Assess client organizations' evidence requirements through an understanding of their culture and context.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • Experience in the Accreditation decision-making process.
  • Demonstrated experience working within a healthcare field.
  • 5+ years of progressive and varied experience in a clinical healthcare position.
  • Tried and tested clinical assessment, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Understanding of programs and projects within an organization and the healthcare ecosystem.
  • Experience in project management with various stakeholders, strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Comfortable with technology and working in a hybrid environment.
  • Appreciation for diversity and recognition of the value of different opinions, roles, experiences, cultures, and backgrounds.
  • Accountability for work delegated to others.
