Nurse Practitioner

Southbridge Care Homes is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at our long-term care home in Chatsworth, ON.
We are looking for a nurse who is passionate about providing high-quality care to our residents and is committed to enhancing their quality of life.
The successful candidate will have a current certificate of competence from the College of Nurses of Ontario and be registered/eligible for registration with the Registered Nurses Association of Ontario.
Responsibilities will include:
- Providing resident care in accordance with established nursing standards and principles
- Assessing and monitoring residents to develop, implement, review, and evaluate resident care plans
- Supervising and evaluating the work of nursing and personal care staff
- Providing direction to the nursing department in the absence of the Director of Care
Qualifications include:
- Current certificate of competence from the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Registered/eligible for registration with the Registered Nurses Association of Ontario
- Previous similar experience in long-term care is an asset
- Excellent communication and comprehension skills
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team
