Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our team at RhynoCare. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our patients in a variety of long-term and acute care facilities.

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, including those with complex medical needs, and to develop your skills and expertise in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and standards of practice.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to meet the physical, psychological, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and social needs of patients.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless and effective patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
**Requirements:**
- Active registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
- Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid/CPR.
- Valid Vulnerable Sector Police Check.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shift times, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
- Ability to 'float' from unit to unit within a hospital, as needed.
