As a key member of our contact center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues, and promoting brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt and courteous service to customers via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Offer technical and general support to our stores to ensure a world-class shopping experience for our customers.
  • Document and track customer service conversations to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Support e-commerce sales by communicating effectively with customers about products, promotions, returns, and exchanges.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in our customer service practices and systems.
  • Participate in special projects as required.

Requirements

  • Availability to work different shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Highly customer service-oriented with excellent verbal communication and writing abilities.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and a strong team player with flexibility and multitasking skills.
  • College degree (DEC, Technical diploma, Community college diploma) and 1+ years of experience in a customer service role in a contact center environment.
  • Strong computer skills and perfect bilingualism (French and English) written and spoken.
  • Ability to explain situations, give advice, and summarize information in a clear and concise manner.
