Job Summary:
beBee Professionals is seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Advisor to provide exceptional customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide general customer service support, including answering questions and addressing concerns.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
- Provide feedback to management on customer service issues and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
