KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT
- Inspire, mentor, and exemplify outstanding service at every customer interaction within the branch environment.
- Accountable for optimizing staff schedules to meet customer needs and regulatory standards.
- Guide and support advisory staff in effectively resolving customer complaints.
- Assist in maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere in all branch areas, in line with branding and compliance standards.
- Facilitate the implementation of branch objectives and strategies.
- Lead and coach the advisory team on effective advice delivery and product knowledge.
- Enhance customer experiences and the overall profitability of the bank through improved advice delivery.
- Ensure a unified banking presence in the market through collaboration with TD partners.
- Oversee complex daily administrative tasks related to compliance in investments and unsecured credit.
SHAREHOLDER VALUE
- Manage the advisory team to foster a positive experience for both customers and colleagues.
- Develop and mentor a team of advisory professionals; provide guidance on effective service delivery and product consultations.
- Ensure customer issues are addressed in accordance with established resolution protocols.

TEAM LEADERSHIP
- Lead and nurture a high-performing team; provide continuous feedback and conduct performance evaluations.

- Encourage an environment where team members can openly discuss business challenges.
- Engage in the recruitment and selection process for new hires.
- Promote a diverse and inclusive workplace.
- Act as an ambassador for the bank and your specific business area.
SKILL SET AND EXPERIENCE
- Possess an undergraduate degree or equivalent.
- Have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Completion of the Branch Compliance Officer (BCO) course is preferred.
- Certification in IFIC or CSC is advantageous.
