CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT

  • Guide and support advisory staff in effectively resolving customer complaints.

  • Enhance customer experiences and the overall profitability of the bank through improved advice delivery.

SKILL SET AND EXPERIENCE

  • Possess an undergraduate degree or equivalent.
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Completion of the Branch Compliance Officer (BCO) course is preferred.
  • Certification in IFIC or CSC is advantageous.
