Job Summary

We are seeking a Campus and Student Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment and campus engagement team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract and engage top talent from universities and colleges across Canada and around the world.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent from universities and colleges
  • Build and maintain relationships with university and college representatives to promote PSP Investments and our career opportunities
  • Plan and deliver recruitment events, including information sessions, career fairs, and diversity-focused events
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement campus recruitment strategies
  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and offer extensions
  • Provide exceptional customer service to students, university representatives, and internal stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and campus engagement
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Experience with Workday recruitment software is an asset
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is required
