Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis professional to join our team at Bank of Montreal. As a key member of our Finance department, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and planning support to our business leaders and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making
  • Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to drive business growth and improvement
  • Collaborate with business leaders and finance partners to develop and implement financial plans and strategies
  • Manage and analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and maintain financial reporting and analysis tools to support business decision-making
  • Provide financial guidance and support to business leaders and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Typically, between 5 - 7 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field, such as CA, CPA, CFA or MBA
  • Deep knowledge and technical proficiency gained through extensive education and business experience
  • Data-driven decision making - In-depth
