Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Canada Computers & Electronics. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail staff and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive a high level of service and support, and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
- Financial Management: Manage the store's budget and ensure that financial targets are met.
- Recruitment and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a team of retail staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
The Store Manager will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and driving sales. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
