Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Canada Computers & Electronics. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring the overall success of our store.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and support, resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
- Financial Management: Manage store budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure profitability and efficiency.
- Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of retail management experience.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
The Store Manager will work in a fast-paced retail environment with a focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
