Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Canada Computers & Electronics. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring the overall success of our store.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and support, resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
- Financial Management: Manage store budgets, track sales and expenses, and make recommendations for cost savings and revenue growth.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of retail management experience.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in inventory management and visual merchandising.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced retail environment with frequent customer interactions.
- Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with occasional lifting and bending.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Collaboration: Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Language: English
Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
