Job Title: Clerk Steno

The Clerk Steno plays a vital role in supporting the administrative and secretarial duties of the school office under the direction of the administrator.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as a resource to both internal and external individuals
  • Assist the Senior Administrative Support - Elementary in administrative and secretarial duties
  • Provide excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to follow directions and work as a team member
  • Good organizational, secretarial and word processing skills
  • Knowledge of MS Word at the Basic skill level
  • Experience with Outlook
Requirements:
  • Grade 12 diploma

Preferred Qualifications:
