Mental Health Treatment Center Sales Representative

EHN Canada is a leading provider of mental health, trauma, and addiction treatment services. We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Toronto.
Key Responsibilities- Manage high inbound volumes of inquiries from potential clients seeking mental health services.
- Assess client situations and determine suitability for EHN's treatment centers.
- Work with medical and clinical staff for admissions approval.
- Lead the admissions department's production via advanced sales skills and process improvements.
- Collaborate with admissions, business development, and facility leadership to expedite admissions and remove barriers.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum two years of sales experience with a proven track record of results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for sales process improvements.
- Excellent communication skills for effective verbal and written communications.
- Proficient understanding of the entire admissions process from lead generation to admission.
- Proficient with Salesforce.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fluid, fast-paced environment.
