Job Title: Corporate Controller - Restaurant Chain

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Controller to join our team at 12934191 Canada Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial and administrative functions of our restaurant chain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management: Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs, authorize and organize major departments, and establish financial and administrative controls.
  • Leadership: Represent the organization in negotiations, delegate authority to senior staff, and create optimum working conditions.
  • Human Resources: Select middle managers, directors, and other executive staff, and formulate or approve policies and programs.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Work Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
  • Work Setting: Accommodation and food services
  • Budgetary Responsibility: $1,500,001 - $4,000,000
  • Supervision: More than 20 people
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word
  • Security and Safety: Criminal record check
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, flexibility, organized, team player
