Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management: Establish and maintain financial controls, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Operational Oversight: Allocate resources, establish objectives, and formulate policies to drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Leadership: Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to ensure the success of our organization.
  • Representation: Represent the company in negotiations and official functions, and delegate representatives as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Strong financial management skills, excellent communication and leadership abilities, and proficiency in MS Office and database management.
Work Environment:

Our restaurant chain operates in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload. You will be required to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
