Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management: Establish and maintain financial controls, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Operational Oversight: Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs, and establish objectives for the organization.
  • Leadership: Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions, and select middle managers and directors.
  • Strategic Planning: Formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years, or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, organization, team player, initiative, and ability to work under pressure.
Work Environment:

Our restaurant chain operates in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring attention to detail and a large workload. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team and demonstrate excellent communication skills.

What We Offer:
  • Permanent Position: 30 hours per week.
