Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager of Sales and Marketing to join our team at Dave and Rick Refrigeration Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our sales and marketing efforts, developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth, and managing a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide insights to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing leadership roles
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions
