About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization throughout our hotel. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring that every guest room, public area, and behind-the-scenes space is spotless and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Floor Care: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to create a sparkling environment.
  • Dust and Polish Furniture: Dust all furniture, fixtures, and appliances to ensure they are clean and free of dust and dirt.
  • Vacuuming and Carpet Care: Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture to maintain their appearance and extend their lifespan.
  • Bed Making and Linen Management: Make beds and change sheets regularly to provide a comfortable sleeping environment for our guests.
  • Towel Distribution and Stocking: Distribute clean towels and toiletries and restock linen closets to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Cleaning and Disinfecting: Clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures, appliances, and surfaces to prevent the spread of germs and maintain hygiene standards.
  • Lost and Found Handling: Handle and report lost and found items to ensure they are returned to their rightful owners.
  • Guest Assistance: Assist guests with requests for extra supplies or other items to enhance their stay.
  • Waste Management: Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and tidy environment.
  • Personal Hygiene Support: Assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene, promoting dignity and comfort.
  • Laundry and Household Linens: Launder clothing and household linens to maintain their quality and freshness.
  • Light Housekeeping and Cleaning Duties: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, including window washing, wall cleaning, and ceiling maintenance.
  • Shopping for Supplies: Shop for food and household supplies to stock our hotel's pantry and ensure a smooth operation.
