Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Examine and verify the accuracy of work to ensure high-quality service
  • Identify training needs and provide coaching and guidance to staff
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on service delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to staff to improve productivity and product quality
  • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff
  • Perform same duties as workers supervised to ensure understanding of job requirements
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high-quality service
  • Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP diploma
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer service or supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Fluency in English
  • 30 hours per week
