Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at HM International Consulting Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our customer service department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Perform same duties as workers supervised to maintain a hands-on approach and stay up-to-date with team tasks
- Recruit and hire staff to ensure the team is adequately staffed and skilled
- Co-ordinate, assign and review work to ensure tasks are completed on time and to a high standard
- Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery
- Requisition materials and supplies to ensure the team has the necessary resources to complete tasks

Requirements

- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer service role
- Ability to work on site and maintain a fast-paced environment
